LVRC TRACK CHAMPIONSHIPS 2012 Will be held at Newport Velodrome on Friday 6th and Saturday 7th July. Provisional timetable: Friday 14.00 - 21.00 Time Trial, Pursuit and Scratch. Saturday 12.00 - 18.00 Sprint and Points. Closing date for entries Monday 18th June. No EOL. All other details are in the Handbook/Race Calendar. WINTER LVRC TRAINING SESSION AT NEWPORT We now have a confirmed booking for: From Junction 24 of the M4, follow the A48 west over 5 roundabouts (straight over 2, left at one, then straight over 2 more) before turning left just after the Velodrome and Newport Stadium on your left. Then turn first left and first right, signed to ‘International Sports Village’. |
MORE LVRC TRACK TRAINING AT MANCHESTER VELODROME Fancy riding on the fastest track in the world? Would you like the chance to ride behind a derny motorbike? If so, Region 4 is pleased to announce that for the fifteenth consecutive year there will be LVRC track training at Manchester this winter. These sessions are suitable for all levels of ability, including complete novices. We are now able to announce three further sessions as follows: Sunday 29th January 2012 3pm to 5pm Sunday 12th February 2012 3pm to 5pm Sunday 18th March 2012 3pm to 5pm Please enter on a standard LVRC entry form, enclosing £10 per session. One form may be used for multiple dates. Please make cheques payable to "D Watson". Please don't forget to enclose a stamped addressed envelope. Hire bikes are available.
